To make sure every player has their own profile in our system, please complete this form for one child at a time. If you have more than one child joining, simply fill out and submit the form again for each player.
This helps us keep accurate records for player safety, age groups, and team placement. It only takes a few minutes, and you’ll receive confirmation once your child is registered.

3. Once your account is set up, you’ll be assigned a USA ID number (looks like: USA ID: 5065160).
4. Write that number down you’ll need it for the registration form below.
Returning Players

4. Have your USA Rugby ID number handy (example: USA ID: 5065160) for filling out the form

Every youth player must be registered with USA Rugby before participating with Sarasota Rugby Club. This registration ensures your child is covered by liability and accident insurance, and grants access to facilities, matches, and training under the policies required by USA Rugby. Coaches must also be certified, and the club must meet compliance standards, only then is coverage valid.

All players must register with USA Rugby to be eligible to train and compete with Sarasota Rugby Club. This provides insurance coverage, ensures player safety and gets the player registered with USA Rugby.
