When: Every Tuesday & Thursday at 6:00 PM
Who: Open to all ages and genders looking to train, compete, and be part of the club
What to bring: Workout clothes, water, sneakers/cleats if you have them. (No need for rugby gear at your first session, we’ll guide you when you’re ready.)
