When: Every Tuesday & Thursday at 6:30 PM
Who: Open to men 18+ looking to train, compete, and be part of the club
What to bring: Workout clothes, water, sneakers/cleats if you have them. (No need for rugby gear at your first session, we’ll guide you when you’re ready.)
